We are excited to share the successful trial of the DCS-2T Color Sorter  at a leading rice mill in Tirupati.

Performance Highlights:

1. Trial Runs:

• Two types of rice were tested: Boiled Rice (10% defect) and Raw Rice (12% defect).

• For boiled rice, the machine achieved a sorting accuracy of 98.5% with a rejection ratio of 24:1 (Resort 1 only).

• For raw rice, the accuracy was also 98.5% with a rejection ratio of 19:1 (Resort 1 only).

• Light settings, feeder speeds, sensitivity levels, blow time, and delay time were optimized for each input type.

2. AI Mode Activation:

• Both Normal and AI Modes were tested, with AI Mode finalized based on client preference for improved accuracy and efficiency.

• Pending settings for chalky rice will be addressed in subsequent visits.

3. Training & Support:

• Clients and operators were thoroughly trained on machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
