We are proud to announce that our latest coffee color sorter, DCS+-7T, equipped with advanced AI technology, has received outstanding feedback from one of our key customers during last week's on-site testing. The machine was tested with various coffee varieties, and its performance far exceeded expectations in terms of both quality and efficiency.

The AI mode demonstrated exceptional sorting accuracy, resolving issues that traditional image-based sorting methods could not achieve. For example, during the tests, the machine was able to significantly reduce the number of black coffee beans left in the final product, minimizing defects to just 5 to 8 pieces per kilogram. Additionally, the AI sorting function reduced the rejection of good beans, further improving the overall efficiency of the process.

Specific coffee varieties that were tested include:

1. Robasta - Sorting Black & White bleach

2. Robasta - Sorting Black Only

3. Arabica A - Sorting White bleach only

4. Arabica AA - Sorting Red color

The results were highly satisfactory, with the customer noting that the output and rejection rates were better than ever before.
